Shipping & Delivery
Items which are in stock are usually despatched the next business day. However, some items may have to be made to order, in which case the typical lead time is indicated on the item individually. We may despatch parts of the same order separately, although in most cases we will wait for the entire order to be ready before despatching it. If you wish to order several items with different lead times, but do not wish to wait for them all to be ready before they are despatched, you should make separate orders.
Privacy & Security
We do not collect or store any Credit Card information from customers. All credit card data is collected and processed on our behalf by Sage Pay. We will never share any personal information with other companies. Personal information you submit to us is secured with SSL. We use cookies to allow you to log in to the site, but we never use them to store personal information.
Returns & Replacements
If an item is not what was ordered, or was damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the item. We will be happy to replace the item or offer a full refund if we are notified and the item is returned to us within 30 days of the date of despatch. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please notify us and we will be happy to replace the item or offer a refund of the item's cost as long as you notify us and return the item within 30 days, and the item is not damaged or used and still in any original packaging.
Ordering
We may, at our sole discretion, choose to accept or decline any order made through this web site for any reason. If we decline an order, you will not be charged, or in the event that you have already been charged, a full refund will be made immediately. In some cases, stock information shown on the web site for products may be inaccurate. If this is the case, we will notify you if it will result in a substantial delay to the lead time of your order, and give you the option to ammed your order (with a full or partial refund where appropriate).
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing and promotions may be changed at any time without notice. Payments are accepted by Credit/Debit card and Cheque in UK Pounds Sterling only.
Closing your Account
If you wish to close your account with us, you may do so by contacting us by email. We will then remove any personal information we have stored about you.
